Abstract Submission for IAEA Fusion Energy Conference(FEC)

Abstract submission dates are given below.
Abstracts WILL NOT be accepted after the deadline expires.

1. Last date for submission of abstracts  for internal review – 12-03-2025,5.30 PM
2. Please download the Abstract template given on this page  and use the template.
3. ONLY .DOC and .DOCX files will be accepted. PDF files will NOT be accepted.
4. Intimation of acceptance of abstracts – 14-03-2025
5. Only those abstracts submitted through this portal will be considered for the FEC-2025 Conference.

 Important Deadlines:

• 12th March, 2025  Deadline for submitting the draft abstract/draft-synopses to IPR-INDICO.
• 14th March, 2025  Receipt of abstract approval from IPR's FEC Internal Committee.
• 16 March 2025: Deadline for submitting synopses through IAEA-INDICO
• No deadline for registration is given so far , we shall intimate the deadlines when they are available on the IAEA-FEC site
• Those who have not submitted abstracts to Indico earlier need to first register before they can submit their abstract.
